A true teacher

Picture
Mustafa  my friend and instructor in the art of Veresh e Bustane .
Mustafa's family were running the operations of Zurkhanes in Iran as far back as five generations. .It is from him and many other experts that I personally learned this ancient traditional form of exercise and fitness.
I was pleased to call him both my teacher and friend. He taught me the correct method  to  swing Persian meels that I teach and share today.
His passion for the the Sport and dedication to perpetuate it was second to none that I have met.
